How to add your payment details


When you subscribe to Flight Assistant, you benefit from a one month free trial with the subscription of your choice.

At the end of this free trial, you will need to pay for your subscription in order to actually activate it.
To do this, we need you to enter your payment details into your Flight Assistant account.

Right now you can only pay using a credit card, but we will open payment thru PayPal soon.

Here is a step by step guide to add your payment details and activate your Flight Assistant subscription.

Entering your payment details

Important: you must use a PC (or a Mac, or another computer) to update your account.
The account management is not available on mobile or tablet yet.

The easiest way to enter your payment details is to click on this link to access our customer portal.

If your free trial is not elapsed yet, you can as well use the “My Account” section from the flight preparation web application.
After logging in, click the pilot image on the top left corner of the page and then “Manage my subscription”.


You will land in this page, which is our customer portal.


Click on the “Add” button in the “Payment method” section.


In the form, enter your credit card details.


Once you have clicked the update button, you shall come back to the main portal page which should now show your card details.

If your trial subscription has been cancelled…

If for any reason you did not enter your payment details into the system before the end of your one month free trial, your subscription will be cancelled.

But do not worry, you can still activate it.

You first need to enter your payment details.
Click on this link to access our customer portal and follow the steps above.

Then, when coming back to your account page click on “Select your subscription plan” and select the plan that suits you best. Then click on “Start my free trial”.
Please note that as you cannot benefit from two trial periods, your subscription plan will be activated immediately.

Note on security

At Flight Assistant we are very careful about your data privacy and especially your payment details.

As many companies, we do not process your payments or store your payment details ourselves.

We use a well established provider that specialises in subscription management (ChargeBee).
Obviously, they do satisfy to the security requirements that are necessary to process payments (PCI-DSS: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
